Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you are legally entitled to return or exchange your order.

• You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel and return it without providing a reason (the statutory “cooling-off period”).

• Once you notify us of a return, you must send the product back. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item, including the cost of standard delivery.

• Exchanges can also be requested within the same period.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exceptions to the statutory right of return:

• Personalised or custom-made items;

• Sealed items (such as cosmetics, underwear, or hygiene products) once opened;

• Digital products once the download or access has begun.
