At Novexaa, we take delivery times seriously. We deliver across the United Kingdom, and most orders are received within 5 to 10 working days after order confirmation.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

• All goods must be delivered within 30 days, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer.

• If delivery is not made within the agreed timeframe, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
